Fourstrides facilitates interactions between landlords and tenants but does not act as a party to any rental agreement.

• Landlords and guests are solely responsible for negotiating and agreeing to the terms of any rental agreement.
• Fourstrides is not responsible for any disputes or damages arising from rental agreements between landlords and guests.
• We recommend that landlords and guests seek legal advice before entering into any rental agreement.

Fourstrides uses third-party payment processors to facilitate rental payments and other transactions.

• By using our payment processing services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of our payment processors.
• Fourstrides is not responsible for any errors or delays in payment processing.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

Fourstrides is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
