What started as a simple search for a flat is now becoming a scalable platform, powered by a team committed to redefining how people find and experience housing across emerging markets.
At the end of 2024 Serge was planning another trip to Nigeria. Yet every listing led nowhere, calls ignored, cash demanded upfront, addresses that didn't exist. An idea was born: a trustworthy rental marketplace built on verified listings, digital agreements, and secure payments.
Ben, saw the problem from the other side. Operating in the short-term rental market, he worked with expats and visitors who struggled to find reliable, fairly priced homes that met global standards. At the same time, quality property owners lacked the tools to reach and build trust with this demand.
Together they designed the ideal rental experience: verified landlords, verified tenants, digital agreements, and secured payments — end to end.

In 2024 with a clear vision. Starting with a small, focused team, they began building a platform designed to solve the trust, transparency, and quality challenges holding the African rental market back.

Boris joined as a founding member and Director of Finance, bringing structure, discipline, and strong financial oversight to support sustainable growth.
Shortly after, Karina came on board as Director of Strategic Partnerships, driving key relationships and opening new channels for expansion.
